What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. We do not buy lists.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to send the guide you asked for. If you ask for a guide we may email you occasionally afterwards; every one of those emails can be unsubscribed from in one click.

Who sees it

Steve Ward reads every enquiry. Behind that, a handful of companies hold your details because they run the systems we use. Each acts on our instructions and for no purpose of its own:

• Google Workspace — our email and documents.
• Insightly — our customer records.
• MailerSend — sends our reply, and the guide if you asked for one.
• Mailchimp — our mailing list, if you join it.
• Scorchsoft — our web delivery partner, who build and maintain this site and receive a copy of website enquiries while they support it.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@epitomise.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
