Free assessment
Online marketing health check.
Thirty questions about the digital half of your marketing, and a written report on what your answers say.
What it is
Thirty questions, most of them about things you can check this afternoon.
The assessment arrives as a short form — four pages, thirty multiple-choice questions — and the digital section is the longest part of it. It asks whether you know your organic search terms and how they are performing. Whether your emails are sent because somebody did something, or because it was Tuesday. Whether a send is tested on a sample first. What your open and click-to-open rates actually are. Whether your site is genuinely responsive on every device that reaches it, whether your advertising is measured beyond conversions, and whether leads are scored before anyone picks up the phone to chase them.
Nothing in it needs research or a data pull. Each question has three plain answers, and the useful part is usually noticing which ones you cannot answer at all — an unanswerable question is the finding.
Complete it and send it back, and you get a written report on your answers: where the digital activity is sound, where it is thin, and which gaps are worth closing first. Your individual answers are treated confidentially and are used only for your report.
